In the left sidebar, you will see the link “Contacts”. Click the link.
The first link in the dropdown list is “List Contacts”. Click the link.
You will see the list of contacts laid out in nine columns.
ID: This is a numerical ID created by the system. You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
First Name: of Contact You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Second Name: of Contact You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Primary Email: of Contact You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Primary Phone: of Contact You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Mobile Phone: of Contact You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Assign To: the agent or admin to whom this Contact is assigned. You can sort the column into ascending or descending order.
Created Time: Date of contact creation.
Actions: Delete or edit the Contact here. Tip: I only allow Admins to delete Contacts. The assigned agent can edit the others only view.
