For Sale

The second link on the Add Property page is Pricing: Click the link.

The first two buttons you will see are “For Sale”  and “For Rent.” Click the appropriate link let us do the For Sale link first.

Price: Here, you enter the property’s price, do not use periods or commas, just the numbers such as 250000. The system will add a comma in the correct place.

Price on Asking: A label with “Price on Asking” will be displayed instead of the price.

Discounted price (GBP): The old price will still be displayed but crossed out with a strikethrough, and the new price will appear next to it.

Year built: Enter the year of construction.

For Rent

Pricing is the only section different when putting on a rental listing. A separate tutorial will explain this section.
